OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Underwrite.In, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
